Q1: What is the minimum order?
A1: MOQ is 1 piece. We understand that our new partners need to order samples, we encourage them to
do so for our long-term cooperations.
Q2: When will you make the delivery?
A2: We can make the delivery within 5-30 working days according to different models and quantities of your order. We have great
storage capacities which have 3 warehouses at different cities, and some of our best-selling models are in stock.
Q3: How long is the warranty time?
A3: 1 - 3 years based on different product.
Q4: What certifications do you have?
A4: CE, RHOS... certificate, and we can arrange tests according to customer needs if necessary.
Q5: Do you support customization?
A5: We currently provide OEM/ODM services for our customers. But maybe need some extra costs accordingly, please don’t hesitate to
